This section presents management templates for each of the eight possible subwatershed categories for water resource protection. Each template examines the goals/objectives specific to that category to provide stormwater managers with a solid starting point for developing a local watershed protection plan. The templates are designed to provide stormwater managers with insight into the process of managing each type of subwatershed and as well as guidance on how to set realistic goals for protecting existing resources.
