This is another example of an infiltration trench receiving runoff from a parking lot. Limited pretreatment is provided by the grass strip between the pavement and the trench surface. The good thing about this design is that the runoff does not concentrate and enters the practice as sheet flow, and therefore loads the trench surface in a fairly uniform manner.
